The Industrial Engineer is responsible for developing, documenting, and owning trailer manufacturing and associated processes through the utilization of lean manufacturing principles. The Senior Industrial Engineer is also responsible for evaluating existing manufacturing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve productivity and develop best practices within the production process. He/she will provide ergonomic analysis and risk mitigation to improve the safety of defined work.

The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for effectively maximizing profitability and service of selling trailer parts within assigned Great Dane Trailer sales territory in accordance with targets pertaining to inventory, stock availability, and customer needs. Responsible for the technical orientation and onboarding for all new Great Dane Plant employees. Trains new employees on the safety and proper use of tools for their new positions. Assists in other onboarding activities such as safety, tours, quality and efficiency. Evaluates skills and recommends placement of new employees. Responsible for supporting the HR department with employee payroll processing, as well as general administration of Human Resources policy requirements among second shift employees. The Maintenance Planner Scheduler is responsible for coordinating the maintenance department inventory and documentation. Will assist Maintenance Supervisor by providing direction and/or coordination of activities related to Maintenance associates and contractors engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, equipment, and maintenance of building, grounds, and utility systems.
