THE ROLE

The position:  Provide administrative service and support to parts and service functions within the service center. Serve as local Human Resource representative as needed. The incumbent liaisons with multiple departments to provide a wide range of support in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Customer Service, Payroll, Procurement, and Credit Department.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Enter employee and service data into appropriate programs.
  • Maintain files accordingly.
  • Maintain cash change box for parts.
  • Invoice work orders.
  • Interface with credit departments.
  • Maintain and transmit customer/estimate pictures.
  • Input to General Ledger.
  • Process customer refunds.
  • Schedule physicals and drug tests.
  • Maintaining and updating Safety Procedures.
  • Complete and collect new hire paperwork from new employees.
  • Answer phones.
  • E-mail/Phone communication with customers and vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)

  • Education:  A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Years of Experience:  1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Skills: 
    • Highly effective time organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and adjust to the needs and requests for assistance for all departments.
    • Highly effective reception and telephone communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel.
    • Effective data entry skills that provides for accurate and timely information.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to use office equipment effectively and efficiently.
    • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
    • Solid ability in identifying and resolving problems in a timely, effective manner.
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
