Overview

Directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations in assigned branch. Leads, coaches, and manages
technical personnel within Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Protect and maintain all assets of assigned service area.
• Monitor quality of work performed by technicians.
• Implement company safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Control and maintain tools and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained.
• Assist with customer warranty issues when necessary.
• Accomplish all supervisory responsibilities associated with branch personnel.
• Directly supervise service personnel.
• Participate in the recruitment of new service personnel.
• Generate repair orders for customer repairs.
• Purchase and control job supplies.
• Train new service personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel: None.
